Latinitas 1.3 Opens Latin Prayer to Spanish, Italian, Polish, French and German Speakers

Every prayer in Foxxception's Latin-learning app now comes with translations in five more languages

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (July 2, 2026) Foxxception LLC today released Latinitas 1.3, bringing its Latin-through-prayer learning app to Catholics who pray in languages other than English.

Latin is the shared language of the universal Church, but until now Latinitas explained it only in English. Version 1.3 changes that.

What's new in Latinitas 1.3

  • Full prayer translations in Spanish, Italian, Polish, French and German, alongside English, about 2,200 translated passages in all.
  • A new language picker to choose the language Latinitas teaches in.
  • Better text scaling that respects the phone's text-size settings.

"The Church prays in Latin all over the world," said Jeremy Foxx, founder of Foxxception. "A parishioner in Kraków or Guadalajara should be able to learn the Pater Noster in their own language, too."

Availability

Latinitas 1.3 is available now as a free update on the App Store.
